To further enhance the sustainainable exploitation of the resources of Nigeria’s blue economy, a team of nine eminent Nigerians will tomorrow 15th June 2021 be inaugurated as members of the Coordinating Group of the Consultancy outfit called Blue Economy Resources Nigeria.
The inauguration of the Group which is a private initiative will be performed by the immediate past Director General of Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), Dr Dakuku Peterside by 12noon WAT through Zoom on Tuesday June 15, 2021. Members of the Group are expected to bring their rich vein of experience in the Maritime industry to bear in the execution of Consultancy/Advisory projects.
According to the details, the Chairman of the Blue Economy Coordinating Group Board is Hajia Lami Tumaka, while Mr Ojiji Oniri Onya Esq. will serve as Managing Director.
Other members are, Alhaji Suleiman Adama, Executive Director and Alhaji Dikko Tahir Bala, Executive Director. While, Senator Folashade Grace Bent, Commodore Sunday D. Atakpa, Mrs Jean Chiazor Anishere SAN, HRM Alhaji Munir Ja’afaru Esq and Mr Temisan Omatseye Esq are members.
