The celebration which was In commemoration of the 2019 International Customer Service Week tagged “The Magic of Service” was held at the Customs House.
SIFAX Group staff led by Mr. Abayomi Obadare, General Manager, Billing and shipping agents at the 2019 International Customer Service Week celebration which was organized by Ports & Cargo Handling Services Limited.
During the celebration, the Group HSE Manager, Mr. Emmanuel Ogbor, , educates agents on port terminal safety and procedure while the General Manager, Billing , in the person of Mr. Abayomi Obadare. educated them on the company’s billing processes.
