Bamisaiye Assume Duty As New Controller Of WM Command

Western Marine Command of Nigeria Customs Service had on Tuesday 16 April 2024 received its new Customs Area Controller (CAC), Comptroller PK Bamisaiye.

According to the Command Public Relation Officer, SC Magaji, the brief handing over ceremony that took place at the Command’s headquarters Ibafon Apapa where the outgoing CAC Comptroller OA Salefu handed the matle of leadership of the Command to Comptroller PK Bamisaiye was in as a nl3l of minor reorganization of leadership in some Area Commands by the Management of Nigeria Customs Service.

 

In his handing over speech, Comptroller Salefu appreciated all Officers and men of the Command for the Cooperation shown to him during his tenor as CAC and tasked them to give the new CAC the same cooperation and more.

He hinted that change in leadership and life is constant and inevitable, as his tenor comes to an end in Western Marine Command, he prayed that God Almighty continue to guide the new leadership.

On his part, the New CAC, Comptroller Bamisaiye responded by thanking the outgoing CAC for the skillful way he led at the Command and wished him the best as he moves on to his new assignment

Bamisaiye also appreciated the Comptroller General of Customs, Bashir Adewale Adeniyi MFR and his management team for the faith reposed on him and promised to execute his responsibilities effectively and efficiently.

Comptroller Bamisaiye who has worked in various Customs formations of Nigeria Customs Service Administration brings a rich operational expertise to his new position.

Before his promotion to the rank of Comptroller and his present appointment, he served as Scanner Manager at PTML Area Command, and was also a Provost marshal Customs Police Unit at NCS headquarters Abuja.
